Long Island’s newest waterfront spot just opened in Patchogue. The Sandbar Kitchen + Cocktails opened yesterday, bringing waterfront views, live music, and Caribbean-inspired eats to the riverfront. The space has been totally reimagined (yes, there’s a Fire Island Lighthouse inside) — and the vibe? Relaxed, fun, and made for dancing.
